Lantern Hall has approved additional light routes, banner positions, and ceremonial staging adjustments for the upcoming festival cycle, all of which are reportedly essential and only some of which are technically necessary.
Luma maintains that morale architecture cannot be measured solely through restraint. The planning teams, to their credit, have begun using this sentence in meetings without even pretending to resist it.
Preparation remains organized, luminous, and richly persuasive. Reason has not been defeated, but it is no longer chairing the room.
