Lantern Hall confirms that the route-lighting rehearsal achieved excellent visibility, elevated morale, and one design dispute intense enough to qualify as a local sport.
Lantern Hall ran a full-procession rehearsal across the main culture routes and confirmed that sightlines, timing, and lantern spacing all performed above expectation.
The only instability appeared in a design argument over whether one additional curve of light qualified as navigational assistance or emotional architecture. Luma judged the distinction nonfatal and therefore worth celebrating.
Public response was strongly favorable, which in Lantern Cay terms means practical approval delivered with excessive enthusiasm and at least one volunteer requesting more atmosphere per meter.
